Our team can offer advice on all aspects of your horses’ diet and nutritional needs.

A holistic approach to the health and welfare of our equine patients often includes assessing their feeding and management requirements, and working with horse owners and carers to implement practical dietary management solutions for each individual horse. In particular, when managing metabolic conditions and gastric ulcers.

Our veterinary technician Kat has a particular interest in feed management and equine nutrition, and working alongside our vets can develop tailored feeding plans for different clinical challenges, advise on body-condition score and weight management and provide a comprehensive ration evaluation if requested.

We can also support you with selecting and interpreting grass or forage nutritional analysis packages.
